Hi All.

This is from FerrAus (FRS) Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The Co-operation agreement provides that the Company and CRM will co-operate with one another with respect to other potential iron ore resource opportunities in the Eastern Pilbara region of Western Australia with the intention of assembling a sufficient resource base to support the financing and construction of rail and port infrastructure necessary for the development of the iron ore resources assembled. Such investment co-oporation is to be effected by the Company and CRM,on a reciprocal basis,offering the other,on terms to be agreed,on a case by case basis,a meaningful right of co-participation in investment opportunities in the East Pilbara iron ore assets or targets.

CRM would assist FerrAus by making a substantial contribution to the development of infrastructure linking FerrAus owned assets to existing rail infrastructure.FerrAus' East Pilbara Iron Ore projects are located 25-65km from the railhead of the Mount Newman line at Jimblebar and approximately 180km from Fortescue Mining Group Limited's Cloud Break mine,currently The Pilbara Infrastructure Pty Ltd rail head; and in consideration of CRM making or securing a substantial contribution to the development of the infrastructure,CRM would receive a substantial entitlement to iron ore off take from the Company's East Pilbara iron ore project's at market terms to be negotiated.

The Company is well placed to take an integral role in the development of an infrastructure solution for the East Pilbara region,as well as lead the consolidation of the East Pilbara iron ore sector. A strategic alliance with CRM creates a significant opportunity for both parties to work together to further enhance the Company's position and accelerate the achievement of these objectives.

Each of the NWIOA members are paying $10,000 and $100,000 worth of shares to The North Alliance Community Trust.

If only we were going along with CRM and the NWIOA.
