What they need now is the mining license. They're already getting cash in the bank from current trial processing - that was focused on getting a better understanding of all of the areas in the deposit, but once they get the mining license they can exploit high grade areas to get their cash levels up if its needed to expand the plant. At 200 tonnes per day if they're recovering 13g/t ore and can have the plant running say 320 days a year they're producing over 25 koz a year - well over $25 million dollars worth of cashflow and given their costs are low due to the very high grade a big wad of that will be profit.

Cashflow will get the eyes of the market with or without promotion - especially if its proven to be sustainable over a longer term (i.e. continuing to prove up the size and grade of the overall resource)
