I think you hit the nail squarely on the head there!
As I mentioned in a post yesterday, there is a good chance ABU will be back in ASX 300 in March next year IF mining commences, liquidity improves AND SP increases.
Once that happens, SP increase will be a self feeding cycle (subject to output and POG). Larger investors will want in and this will feed on itself.
In the meantime I'll be buying as many shares as the budget allows.
