Good find, remember CFOAM is really a touchstone spin off, Touchstone have a long history with Department of defense, CFOAM is just to commercialize CFOAM, wonder if there will be another product for CFOAM down the track, like MetPreg or another they are working on.
Develop products at Touchstone and commercialize them through CFOAM
