as hBunton mentions, I have PEN & SHE & have had an interesting last month with how they have been clobbered, BUT the Chinese, Indians & the Koreans have all signalled they aren't backing down on the number of future plants
to be built. The nuke warheads from Russia will dry up in another year so the current supply of U308 from minning isn;t enough to supply future demands, so I see the uranium aspect of this deal as a bonus
