    With 174mil traded today, I would say few millions will be D/Ts , but I think someone bought it for long term. We should see SS notice in few days if this theory is good.

    Yes, I also agree that CER is in much better shape compared to when it was trading 30cents plus. With economy improving we should soon see 30 cents.
