From what I can see the majority of the claims you make are based on others interpreting comments as what thy wanted to hear not what was said.
I've yet to see or hear AF state - "the DW WILL be in place before Christmas".
The yacht quote isn't even close. From memory AF mentioned something along the lines of those that have held longer term could afford a holiday in the Maldives on a yacht, then clarified it to a rental yacht. or 10. Or words to that effect.
