    If you a receiving an annuity from anywhere that generates income (to pay the annuity) with franking credits
    then the income available is LESS, this places the company providing the annuity in jeopardy, as it could fail.

    There is no guarantee that the company supplying the annuity will pay you the promised income. The guarantee is not an absolute guarantee of payment. The guarantee is provided by the financial organisation providing the annuity, and although rare, the annuity is still subject to the risk of the company collapsing.
