what went wrong - a definitive list.

I thought it would be interesting to compile a definitive list of "What went Wrong" with this company as a tool for future measurement of what to avoid when investing in the Market. I will kick off the list and hope those others who have been bitterly dissapointed with their invesment will add their perceptions?
1. Inability to make timeley and appropriate decisions.
2. Appointments made on the basis of political affiliations.
