With a business like this you need to see that there is actually some business there in the first place which it appears there is not. Are they selling anything? Well, no, not directly. The chairman in his last report stated that the company was now without any staff. It is relying on some sort of dealer network to sell services though it's now sub contracted back end. Cashflow from UK operations has ceased due to that business being sold off.

Any gains to be made will only be made on shareholder fuelled speculation or broker planned trumpeting.

Paper and money shuffles associated with and driven by the largest shareholder are unlikely to afford gains to rank and file shareholders.

As for whoever is investing something into this, unless you are on the same Riviera 65 cruising the harbour puffing cigars you won't know the true motivation behind such an 'apparent' investment.

Worth a flutter? You would be better advised to put the your investments into Lotto tickets or a buckload of scratchies.

If the tech boom comes back around again this and 100 others like it will be worth jumping into just like the last tech boom.
