It is pretty easy to be an arm chair critic after the fact. However, if it takes two days to drill a borehole and the miners have been trained to travel towards safe havens in the mine, would it not have been desirable to have boreholes already drilled to these safe havens points with emergency communications already installed in case of an emergency?
