Condolence to existing holders, I'm not a holder nor do I know the history but yesterday wiped A$163,000,000 from the market cap, leaving a current MC of just A$58M. I note in Dec 07 the sp above A$4.90. A quick search of there website shows pretty agressive expansion post ASX listing in 05 with the aquisition of Heyday, Gulf Engineering, North Sea Ventilation, Emac and Gordon Brothers, CDC plumbing, Watters Electrical, Beavis and Bartels, GTS, Nisbet and Durney and Rotary in the UK.
The sp has slid ever since. Did these aquisitions not add value? Or was the debt to much of a burden with the advent of the GFC? This looks poorly led or unlucky.
What picture was the CEO painting lately?
My question is what went wrong?
I hope holders recover some of your losses.
