    It seems to me that EGO's JV partners are coming to the assumption that they are not really partners but a "way to a means" as EGO sees fit.There is way too much going on with this company given its size to give an investor confidence.
    Everyone,including EGO should realise there is a need for change,the present model is not working.My opinion only
