When ROC hit $4.57 in July 2006 ROC was meant to be an outstanding oil junior with a great production portfolio coming on stream.
ROC was still $2.68 in May last year.
This week ROC closed at 42c.
So what went wrong? How could the ROC share price collapse 90% to 10 year lows?
