Heres a prediction, a big expert on housing called a three year boom in housing prices this morning on the today show (from memory), my instincts tell me it will go the other way, obvious stuff like rising interest rates and over capitalisation are part of the big cycle, how quickly people forget, its all happpened before.

Gold is looking good for sure the question is how long will it last, probably untill the experts start calling it up I would say.
