Great post mate, we are all very humbled when the market turns bearish.
Just last year ( we all felt unbreakable ) I was about to pay off my mortgage and buy a couple of investment properties, but I didn't sell because I saw the bigger picture. Retirement with all of the above.
Time will tell if it was the right decision....
