In addition, Nasdaq may consider that certain of the matters disclosed herein constitute violations of the Nasdaq director independence rules, which could negatively impact the Company’s ability to regain compliance with the Nasdaq listing requirements and our ability to remain listed on the Nasdaq Global Market.
