The cash received is likely to go to the corporate creditors and the holding business is most likely to be wound down and won't trade as an entity anymore.
The value here the not the product, it's the customers that come with it
In these type of asset purchases, they will buy the product with the goal of migrating the customers onto their core product and roadmap
