    To my best knowledge, without applying particular discount to Australian liquidity or particular premium to post listing activity:

    comparable transactions may yield a range between 30c-70c (mid point 50c);

    precedent transactions may yield a range between 30c-60c(mid point 45c);

    Discounting Cashflows may yield a range between 50c-90c (mid point 70c);

    Average up = 55c, a price that would leave no one is losses, and make most small holders happy, and most importantly, it will triple McNeil's money.
