you will have to wait for some of the traders to become aware of the value here. Also the climate has been anti specs for the last 2 weeks.
because there is very little stock available they cant accumulate in the volumes they want to without pushing up the share price significantly.
therefore patience is the name of the game.
When there is a run on it, it will go to $1 without any problems.
This reminds me of OVR and this resource is bigger imo.
