Only 48.000 shares but not going to sell any of them prior to Nasdaq - whatever they'll offer. I think not many of the shareholders will sell any. The ones who will be in TZ at the time of the delisting obviously know what the potential is. And personally about the timing - If it's all going to happen in September - good on us for the SP will rise. If there are delays little holders like me can make some extra cash for accumulating extra stock. At the age of 40 (5 years to go) I'll sell at 3 figure prices so $ 5.000.000,00 is my goal.
I think most of you'll wish that I manage my goal........... :-)
