    The crisis could be a currency crisis, ie the freefall of the USD, and maybe GBP or Euro too. Or, it could be interpreted that once Obama is inaugurated, around the time Powel mentioned that he would be tested by this current crisis that we are in now, it's a little ambiguous exactly what he meant.
