    The more time passes from MOU to ??? the more Gridcomm is "kicking goals" and its value
    is increasing relative to ODN Shell, so the obvious Question to be asked is:
    what will be ODN Existing Shareholder Crunch (assuming deal is done, which is no certainty)?

    My "guess" is: between 25:1 to as high as 50:1
