Hi,
By my reckoning the shareprice will keep dropping till it reaches about 11 cents. Then ANZ can do an off market trade of some 44 million shares and hand them back to Solamind (based on a loan amount of around $4.8 Mil). This way Solamind gets its shareback and there is no precedant set.
Just my humble thoughts!
Once the deal is done, the shareprice can go rise again to its intrinsic value of $2.0 at this time!
Some lucky people may grab some cheap shares till the above happens!
