I’m fairly certain there are connections between NEA and 3DP, I can’t remember precisely but some of the same people are involved which is partly why you see synergies between the two.
On one hand it might make for a suitable merger, but on the other it may create substantial conflict of interest and/or perceptions around such.
I don’t think we will see any tie-up between the two.
