    LIH may have suspected the outcome of the Kingaroy decision long ago as they may be fully aware of the inept nature of dealing with the QLD Government and their close relationship with the CSG mob. This, if the case may not effect anything that LIH and Cxy have in the pipeline.
    I'm sure all will be revieled shortly, but I for one will be holding on to see what pans out and hoping that DERM's decision ends up costing QLD and not cxy and it's shareholders.
