Having been a holder for almost a year & the sp now where it was 12 months ago compounded by the total lack of transparency from the BOD of recent times, my question to anyone that can provide an answer is - What could a possible trigger or triggers be that would see the implementation of a class action?
A last resort that anyone wants to see but surely enough is enough. How much longer are share holders, particularly long suffering long time holders, expected to wait for the disclosure of results, if in fact they exist?
