I was under the impression from the new act WHS 2020, that director insurance is now redundant.
The current law applies to the milk bar owner, to a sporting association board, owner of a company or listed ASX company.
The past 4 years BOD's for the Tron maybe exposed for personal fines for misconduct in their duties.
