I think Biotron / Michelle could be being quite crafty, ie saying that no CR is necessary and the options will be in the money and exercised. However the options expire at the end of November so they may be hoping all the SHs will stay quiet until the end of November, but this is crafty because they know December is the end of the year with Christmas and holidays coming up so when the new year starts again all the SH tension will have dissipated, or so they hope.
