    Not an easy situation.

However, neither is this an easy process for the company and its board of directors. Those who have been involved with this kind of scientific process know it is a hard road. to develop and test brand new invisible to the layman medical treatment products which require minute discrimination in scientific testing for approval and it might not succeed, but if it does it could be big time. (Tha's why most of us are here, but it might not).

There are those that seem to think MM is on some kind of gravy train and spinning it out for self gain trying to pull the wool over shareholders eyes. Why would that be? She has as much or more to lose than many of us and it's not a very rich gravy train anyway compared to what it will be if successful.

Perhaps she is concerned about complainers problems herself? She cannot say so in the position she is in as that would look like manipulation. She just has to keep fairly calm and quiet and say what the company is doing as far as can be shown to be true. Unfortunately, a lot of that relies on third party investigators and reporters over which the company has little control (and that is as it should be for scientific independence). One could argue that there has been an over-optimistic attitude given out, but who is going to take on a process like this if they are not optimistic in good faith.

This is a speculators stock and it might come in big, or it might not. The only alternatives are to just wait it out, or sell up and be done with it. Those who talk about a class action are probably worse dreamers than the rest of us speculators. Not much could be worse for the company than a class action to destroy it, and those taking action would get zero, zilch , because there is nothing there to take until its scientific results are better proven and acted upon.

That action would practically guarantee that any BP interested would rub its collective hands in glee and pick up the pieces for a song and no notes left over for the poor shareholders. I expect there are some who would like to see it fail anyway, because if successful it will probably upend other earnings. The world is not a very friendly place at all.

So, complainers, best to grit your teeth and hang on, or sell up and keep out of it. There are still a lot of buyers listed there at not much less than the current price, I guess a few true speculators, maybe a lot of hopeful traders? As a trader/speculator/complainer you make choices with the same information (we presume) as the rest of us. Live with it and quit talking about class actions which will burn you and all the rest of us as well.

Best wishes to all, and hopeful that most of them can come true but aware that they may not.
