That a Silly Statement, CMY has Cash funding for 12-18 months in excess of it current market cap (MC 3.3 mil)

Heres a Map of some of their Projects (latest projects not included), surely those projects are worth at least 3.3 million.

Progress is intended to be made via a number of joint venture partners which will take the costs for a percentage of the project so funding only needs to cover administration costs in most cases.
