Most people would question why the directors have chosen this type of funding. I can understand if they did that with one project, but they seem to be doing it with many.

Low market cap is irrelevant. I'd rather have 100% of 3.3m than 10% of 20m. The fact that the SP keeps dropping tells me that the market tends to agree with me.
