The issue here is that it does appear that DB are divesting their Beppa- 11 million today so far.
Perhaps the escalation in BBI's price is to find buyers for Beppa. (DB sells to itself at ever higher prices)
If we could get regular updates on the top twenty we could see who is in charge of
1. The Buying
2. The selling
The Conspiracytheorist
