in a bubbly environment speculation on 100% owned ready to mine resource might have pushed this on open pretty hard but

88M shares on issue if they get the full raise away ( anyone want to speculate on how much they raise )
$9M cash at bank after settlement of JVs
28M priority shares wanting to make a quick $$
60M IPO shares not wanting to lose money immediately but will want to offload some for stag profit

Offer price $0.25

My thoughts are it's gonna be a pump and dump before stabilising somewhere around the $25M MC

IPO ranging from $0.45 to $0.20
