You and I (and those that have investiagted this Co) know we have a have 180 sq km "ham sandwich" at Agbaja, not to mention another one of similar size to the north-east across the Niger.
What value the market and potential suitors place on it is very difficult to define at this point (but its becoming clearer with each Co update).
So treat my 55c (peer in-situ) valuation perhaps as a base.
The AKI type deal of $1.20 is a realistic possibility, and a terrific outcome from here (+566% return).
I am not ruling out any of your scenarios, the blue-sky possibilities are certainly there.
