    HNW 708's are a quick and easy means of raising cash - and on this ocassion we get broker research
    Extending to retail is very costly and time consuming
    Sure, there is the dilutionary effect, but since the CR there has been opportunity to compensate all the way down to $0.034 (nearly at the CR price)

    Even at these prices, its a great buy
