Global tungsten consumers getting sick of being held to ransom by the Chinese price and supply manipulation tactics - if you combine this with the Trump/Biden regimes recently announced policy(via the POTUS' Executive Orders) regarding supply from foreign adversaries plus also the declining recycling rate, I can see why the APT price has been inching up recently. About 12 months ago, very few of these research houses forecast an APT rise - in fact most predicted a "flat" trend during 2020/2021.
