Rod , not saying I agree with the rest of your post but how do you figure Frank has nothing other than the 10 mill odd shares ?
He sold some shares early . There were the 4.5 mill options Lyn bought from him . He was paid about $500k per year while he was there , he received bonuses , he received money from the JV and his companies received income for doing works for MHM and 'managing' things . What makes you think he has no money ? Do you really believe he has been that hopeless at a managing his own affairs ?
