Personally imo it's both if that makes sense. Offloading the obvious choice being by FR and the purchasing by ? Mere speculation on my behalf but it has been rather odd trading recently.
Having said that, if any major shareholder wanted to offload a sizeable amount of shares I would of thought an off-market transfer may of been an alternate!
