I was referring to his holdings in MHM, when the sp was around $1 he had a small fortune in the company, (it doesn't matter ATM how he got the shares) the fact is he had around $10 million worth of shares in MHM.
Now ATM his 10 million shares are worth only $1.8 million, I think that he would want his 10 million odd shares, to be worth more then what it is at present.
I'm sure that he wouldn't want too lose too much money on MHM.

What are your thoughts on Frank's partner's in the JV with Alcoa.
1) Do you think that the partnership will survive without a contract with Alcoa?
2) What will the three amigos do if Alcoa does go ahead with its plans for a new and better contract with MHM?
3) Can Frank fight Alcoa all by himself?
4) Will the three amigos fight as one against Alcoa?
5) Do you think that Alcoa could take legal action against Frank and his partners, for taking payment of the waste from Alcoa and not returning the recycling waste and salt/potassium chloride blend back to Alcoa?
