That's right David , you don't know the details and until you do , in fact until MHM know what their costs are and their production rate is , no one is putting money in . Sure the filter should help the problem but by how much promises have been made before , people want proof ie. cash coming in exceeding cash going out . It might be wise to listen to Firsova .
