Just wondering what will happen come COB in London on 3rd May?
There have been no announcements regarding confirmation or otherwise that any of the pre-conditions in CGNPC's offer have been met.
If pre-conditions are not met, then presumably the offer lapses and/or CGNPC is not required to proceed?
Can someone provide a synopsis of likely procedings from here?
Given the SP has tanked again today (all be it on thin volume), it seems the market does not beleive the offer will proceed?
