We can only assume is it Rosatom ? is this the reference ?
A year ago EXT got knocked about when there was speculation that Rosatom had done a deal with the Govt to take Husab and develop it. Nothing eventuated but maybe there is a possibility that Epangelo and Rosatum will JV and set their sights on Husab. Rosatom could raise the development money very easily. But they will not steal it. Possibility of a 3 way JV though with Rio or EXT. Pure speculation of course.
