I originally bought for the special div too, back in late May,I believe it was around $3.70 when I bought in. Since then, I have seen some great capital appreciation and have added to my holding - it is now 30% of my portfolio. The special div is now just a bonus. This is a very very well run company, this morning's quarterly confirms their steady growth.
There is no hype or bs from the company (not like many others around), just continued impressive results. With a substantial remaining cash holding, a significant holding in AOE (which weekend media reports suggest is a target of Shell) and a valuable land holding in QLD, this will be supported well
