Due to Link's issue in updating to CS, RG's accounts on Computer share screen still showing 301 194 193 shares (same as the 3 Y notice).

Usually, every Friday when I come to CS to check, Bennamon's off market account will update immediately and his on market account will update after 3 days from the date of the transaction kick place. But this time, none has updated and I got told, maybe there is an issue in updating from Link and I heard that right now, Link is under a takeover acquisition. Such an ironic outcome for the company assisting other companies in the take over bid has now become a target for the take over.

So, the data may get delay, and like this week, instead of publishing the 3Y notice every Tuesday, it will come out on Wednesday or so and expect a few more of those 3Y notices to be published from next week until the takeover ends, which I would say feel like 'threatening' notices. Whether it is an issue in delaying of updating data, or RG's plan, I think that is what Manipur and their associates read everyday since this week, as they constantly checking the register too.

So, I go the old way and check top 200 holders list and out of the top 200 holders, last week, I reported Maptek (50 000 shares)(possible acceptance), Eremaea holdings (17950 shares) (possible on market selling) and a trader (16 519 shares) (on market selling).

This week, I reported J & N Bon Superanuation Pty (29 000 shares) (possible acceptance) and exited on the 16th May. I also reported neweconomy com au nominees account, which email of the register belongs to jp morgan, reduced from 81 610 shares to 57 516 shares. Also, 2 of Netwealth investment limited have reduced from 175 505 to 134 505 shares and 31 951 shares to 30 999 shares. Buttonwood nominees has also reduced the holding from 24 039 shares to 20 016 shares. So, as you can see, the only possible account that accept to RG's offer is J & N Bon Superanuation with 29 000 shares.

Also as oshcomau reporting, today, the driven cause of drop was belonging BTATC super, that sell on the market with their 91 817 shares. They had sold 23 136 shares at 84.5 cents and the remaining quantity of 68 681 shares still on the market. There is also another gas fund company that put on sale at 84.5 cent with the holding of 8722 shares. But pretty much as oshcomau said, the one that sold to 84 cents are a bunch of 25 shares yesterday, and today 23 shares. Well, at least those 2 guys are selling their shares on-market so other than those 2 planning to exit, I really hope no one gets panicked with their intentions?

Here is some good news, Merrill Lynch Australia has increased their holding from 35 894 to 38 673 shares. SJLL has increased the holding from 62 040 to 62 875 shares. Finclear has increased his holding by creating another account with 23 304 shares in it. Sharesie has increased the holding from 22 727 shares to 22 934 shares. The most amazing story is a guy called Jeremy has increased the holding from 24 286 to all the way to 41 993 shares. I know Kiwi just bought a bit more shares, but maybe it can take up to Monday to be updated on the register, so I will keep an eye out on it next week. Well done guys.

We still have approximately 10.2 % plus insto 1.2% = 11.4% at this stage I would say plus around 1.1% with holders under 14 k of shares.

With the Dr list, right now, there are 28/29 Dr still on the Pact's register list. A Dr has left on the 8th of May this year with 5000 holdings. Nevertheless, the remaining 28 DRs are still holding strong with their shares, with the highest Dr's holding belong to a Dr with 2 accounts 35 000 shares and 6 900 shares.
