you have to remember though that those companies whose share prices return back to pre-div levels had paid
dividends out of operating cash flow.
NHC has paid a massive divvie out of a one off sale.
Therefore NHC will not be paying those sorts of divvie again.
So it will not bounce back to $5.80 any time soon IMHO
