Technical
-SP is still increasing (since ~$3.10) since after Nov-Feb. Long period of increasing SP suggested real fundamental reasons behind the driving force
-increasing vol since sept may suggest short term buying for dividends
-intra-day volatility is low (~2%) suggesting NHC is not a day trader's type of stock
-conclusion: may retrace a little on ex-divi date. If I was a gamble person, say 4% (or double normal daily volatility rate)
Fundamentally:
-long term driver is always the management. So far management has made all the right decisions:
-investment in Arrow
-expanding coal port handling facility
-restarting and expanding coal productions to satisfy overseas demands
Future SP drivers
-PGS investment
-coal to synthetic fuel
-coal price (UBS last week increase its price prediction)
-Asian economies (predictions for 3-5% in the immediate future)
Personally I would accumulate on retracement on ex-divi date (if look over done)
