No response on the automatic extension after 2 days, contacted...

No response on the automatic extension after 2 days, contacted our s/holder helpline again and was advised they cannot help even though reference Section 624(2) of the Corporation Act is set out in section 4.4 of the Target's Statement. An email has been sent to MTQ and NMS seeking clarification.

MTQ would'nt be making this offer if they cannot see any benefits as it would be ripping off their own shareholders so I think I will take a chance. If they reach 90% then they must acquire my shares at 3.2cents if they don't reach 90% then I have already lost squillions on this beast and it is unlikely that I will lose the remaining small amount of cash I have left in this holding so I would prefer to hold and take a chance.

As long as the acceptance is posted by tomorrow then in the Bidders Statement it is stated that it is acceptable to MTQ and even then they will probably accept anything that misses tomorrows post.
