    TraderReg, the Bidders Statement and the Target Staement set out the terms of the offer and are listed amongst the documents on this Hot Copper site. Just scroll down to when the bid was announced. They also have provided a shareholders helpline, phone 1300737760. They will tell you that payment will not be made until around a month after the offer closes.
