MTQ have now sent a note to all outstanding s/holders re-iterating their bid. This is just a waste of time. There is only 7 trading days left until the close and yesterdays volumes were down to 800K. Their last notification advised they reached 78% or 1.442 million. They need another 221K to reach the 90% target. That means somewhere around 30million a day. Not sure how they think a letter will help them, they need to be more realistic with their pricing.

If they are unsuccessful NMS will continue to stay listed on the ASX which brings considerable additional obligations and costs with it compared to a wholly owned unlisted subsiduary which is their objective. I know what I would prefer.

Until such times as they realistically consider their position I will also leave my shares in the bottom drawer. NMS are now on the right path to impprove their performance and I will trust MTQ to continue with this work and thereby benefit their shareholders which is what this is all about.
